How do I clean the burners?
-
Please remove the cooking grid(s).
-
Remove the burner protectors and the burners. If your protectors are too damaged, you can recommend them on our website.
-
For effective degreasing, we recommend using our special grid degreaser or immersing the elements in hot, soapy water.
-
Next, clean the inside of the burners with compressed air to remove any dirt.
-
Replace the elements and you’re ready to light up your barbecue again.
The flames on my barbecue/plancha are yellow
-
The flames of a gas barbecue/plancha should be blue in normal operation. If the flames are yellow, there’s a problem with the regulator. Fortunately, this is easy to check and repair:
- Turn off the burners.
- Close the gas cylinder, then disconnect the regulator from the cylinder.
- You can now reconnect the regulator to the gas cylinder.
- Open the cylinder and check the regulator for gas leaks.
- Then relight the burners and check the flame color.
-
If the problem persists, there must be a problem with the regulator.
-
If the regulator has been changed, please open a service request if your product meets the conditions.
